Hi! We just shipped out all the packages last Saturday(Sep. 16) except some exceptions.
I was pretty sure it would be updated by today (Monday Sep. 18) but it seems 45 packages status still "Ready to ship" status on my end. Please let me know to [email protected] if it's not updated by this Saturday (Sep. 23)! We tried to our best as accurate as we can but there seems some missing item or wrong item shipped out. Please let us know to [email protected] if you got wrong item or missing item.
We had important update but we forgot to update on here because most of our customer were following us on Facebook or Instagram. We received all the items, but the white bat collar blouse quality didn’t meet our standards. We decided to return and fix this. Please allow us 5 more weeks. We know it’s disappointing but we couldn’t just ship this item to you. We care about the quality. If you planned a coordinate with the white blouse for Halloween, we are truly sorry. We are making a rush but we cannot gurantee it can be done before Halloween. The other items besides the white blouse shipped out on last Saturday.
Lastly, some of the stocks updated on out website besides the clothings(Blouse, OP, JSK) https://www.hionlineshop.net/ We are going to upload the clothings after all the Kickstart orders are sattled. We are expecting 4th week of September (16~24)

We already got the other items and waiting for the dress and bag. It just shipped out from the manufacturer!! Hooray! It will take a month to get here, California, and takes about a week to ship out to your place.
If your address has changed, please update it on the Backerkit site. Please send me an email to [email protected] if you cannot change the address.

We have sent out a reminder e-mail today! The last day to make final updates to your order is April 1st(12 days left!). After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If your status says "failed" there is something wrong with the card. Kickstarter will try to make a final charge on 3/24 and Backetkit send you if you would like to change the payment method. The purchase from the Backerkit will be locked and charged on April 1st :D
If you haven’t answered your survey yet if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the April 1st, order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.

Thank you all again for being so responsive to answering our BackerKit survey—even though it may not seem like much as an individual backer, you have no idea how tremendously helpful this has been for me when trying to keep track of all 274 of you! (We have completed 72% of the survey so far!)
+) Also, don't forget this is the last stop you can add the skirts! We are going to make some stock after this campaign but not the skirt!

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email or DM!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
